The Concept Sprint is a dynamic and intensive 4-week program designed to immerse participants in a creative journey focused on generating quick and innovative concepts for environment concept art. This program is tailored for artists seeking to enhance their conceptualization skills and explore diverse methods and strategies to rapidly generate compelling ideas.

THIS IS NOT TO CREATE FINAL RENDERED IMAGES, this is the space and time to EXPLORE and EXPERIMENT with tools and ideas.
4-8 HOURS A WEEK COMMITMENT
Photobashing
One of the ways in which we can quickly generate ideas is with the use of images. We will go through techniques in photoshop to easily integrate images in our concepts and add detail using photobashing techniques.
VR
Gravity sketch is a great tool to quickly block model your ideas and/or scenes. I will show you the basics you need to get started and dive into this immersive tool.
3D
3D is a great tool to quickly set up scenes, explore camera angles, play with lighting and more. We will be using Blender as our primary 3d tool but we will also dive into 3D coat for part of our processes.

I will be acting as your Art Director and each week you will be given a list of briefs every week to work from. You will also be given a collection of dedicated narrated videos with different techniques, timelapses and explorations. You will either use those techniques or your own to create your images required for us to meet every week for critiques, Q&As and paintovers.
Each week will be a different set of topics and new work. You have to create new work every single week. This is about generating ideas and NOT about making final pretty images.
There will be a dedicated Discord Channel to keep up with each other throughout the 4 weeks of the mentorship.
YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE VIDEOS FOR THE FIRST WEEK BEFORE OUR FIRST MEETING.
The videos for the first week will be shared in the discord channel for you to access as soon as you sign up.
Prerequisites:
-Basic knowledge of Photoshop
-Basic Knowledge of Blender or any 3D software
- Basic Art Fundamentals
-Library of reference images and/or 3d models
-4 to 8 hours a week to dedicate to your projects
